Ingredients:
- Nojo Sesame and Teriyaki Dressing
- Sweet potatoes
- Brussel sprouts
- Carrots
- Parsnips
- Broccolli
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Salt
- Tempura batter mix
Method:
- Cut and prepare the vegetables
- Prepare the tempura batter
- Add rosemary, thyme and salt to the batter
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat
- Dunk the parsnips and sweet potato in batter and fry
- Repeat with the carrots, broccoli and Brussel sprouts
- Garnish with spring onions
- Pour Nojo Sesame Dressing and Nojo Teriyaki Dressing into separate sauce dishes
- Serve & Enjoy!
