Festive Tempura Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Nojo Sesame and Teriyaki Dressing 
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Carrots 
  • Parsnips
  • Broccolli
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme 
  • Salt 
  • Tempura batter mix

Method:

  1. Cut and prepare the vegetables 
  2. Prepare the tempura batter 
  3. Add rosemary, thyme and salt to the batter 
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat 
  5. Dunk the parsnips and sweet potato in batter and fry 
  6. Repeat with the carrots, broccoli and Brussel sprouts
  7. Garnish with spring onions 
  8. Pour Nojo Sesame Dressing and Nojo Teriyaki Dressing into separate sauce dishes
  9. Serve & Enjoy!
