Golden Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Nojo Yuzu Dressing  
  • 3 Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 100g Quinoa, cooked
  • 1/2 garlic clove, finely diced
  • Small handful of coriander, finely diced 
  • Edible gold dust (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare and roast the mushrooms in the oven 
  2. Lightly fry the aromatics 
  3. Add the quinoa and coriander and 1 tbsp of Nojo Yuzu Dressing
  4. Fry till dry 
  5. Add the quinoa to the mushrooms
  6. Decorate 
  7. Drizzle with Nojo Yuzu Dressing
  8. Serve & Enjoy!
