Ingredients:
- Nojo Yuzu Dressing
- 3 Portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 100g Quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 garlic clove, finely diced
- Small handful of coriander, finely diced
- Edible gold dust (optional)
Method:
- Prepare and roast the mushrooms in the oven
- Lightly fry the aromatics
- Add the quinoa and coriander and 1 tbsp of Nojo Yuzu Dressing
- Fry till dry
- Add the quinoa to the mushrooms
- Decorate
- Drizzle with Nojo Yuzu Dressing
- Serve & Enjoy!
