Merry Massaged Tahini Wreath

  • Nojo Tahini Dressing 
  • Curly kale
  • A handful of roasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 heaped tbsp of roasted almond flakes 
  • Red Pepper, for decoration
  • Edible gold dust (optional)


  1. Wash, cut and massage the kale for 10 mins 
  2. Arrange the kale in the shape of a wreath
  3. Evenly distribute the almond flakes and walnuts onto the kale
  4. Generously drizzle Nojo's Tahini Dressing onto the kale 
  5. Decorate with a red pepper bow and edible gold dust 
  6. Serve & Enjoy!

This makes a yummy and exquisite side at the Christmas dinner table !
