Summer Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 head baby gem lettuce (or any greens)
  • ¼ red onion
  • ¼ avocado
  • White Miso nojo sauce

Method:

Roughly cut ¼ red onion, thinly slice or dice ¼ avocado. Combine the lettuce, onion, and avocado in a bowl, drizzle with plenty of dressing, and serve.
