- A few handfuls salad greens such as rocket, peashoots or baby spinach
- 2-3 cooked beets, quartered
- 1 portion cooked quinoa
- ½ orange, peeled and sliced
- A chunk of feta cheese to taste (vegan if desired)
- Nojo Orange Sauce
