Beetroot, feta, orange and quinoa Salad
Serves:
Ingredients:
  • A few handfuls salad greens such as rocket, peashoots or baby spinach
  • 2-3 cooked beets, quartered
  • 1 portion cooked quinoa
  • ½ orange, peeled and sliced
  • A chunk of feta cheese to taste (vegan if desired) 
  • Nojo Orange Sauce

Method:

    1. Assemble all ingredients on a plate or in a bowl & drizzle with Nojo Orange Sauce -  serve right away.
