Ingredients:
- 200g tender stem broccoli
- 10g Japanese chilli oil (any chilli oil will work)
- 10g rapeseed oil
- 3 medium cloves of garlic peeled and sliced
- 25ml NOJO Yuzu Ponzu sauce
Instructions:
- in a frying pan add the oils and heat on medium. Then add the sliced garlic and fry until golden brown. Using a slotted spoon remove the garlic and place onto paper towel to drain and dry out
- return the pan to the heat and then fry the tender stems for 4-5 minutes until lightly coloured and almost cooked through
- now add the YUZU PONZU DRESSING to the pan and allow the broccoli to stir fry In the liquid. Keep the broccoli moving. Then after a minute remove from the heat
- to serve place the broccoli stems onto a nice plate and sprinkle over the garlic chips
