Ingredients:
- 400g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp NOJO Sesame Sauce
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Thinly sliced spring onions (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the sesame sauce in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add more NOJO Sesame Sauce to the pan, stirring to coat the prawns thoroughly. Let them simmer in the sauce for about a minute to absorb the flavours.
- Serve the prawns with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and thinly sliced spring onions. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
- Can be served on a bed of spring salad dressed with YUZU PONZU DRESSING or on its own!
