Ingredients:
- 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod, haddock)
- 4 tbsp NOJO Yuzu Ponzu Dressing
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill or parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parchment paper
- Bok Choi (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut parchment paper into squares and place one fish fillet on each piece, you can place bok choi leaves on the bottom for extra flavour.
- Drizzle each fillet with NOJO Yuzu Ponzu Dressing
- Season with salt, pepper, and add a few lemon slices and herbs on top.
- Fold the parchment into a parcel around the fish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaky.
- Serve directly in the parchment for a beautiful, light presentation!
