NOJO YUZU PONZU WHITE FISH PARCELS

Ingredients:

  • 4 white fish fillets (e.g., cod, haddock)
  • 4 tbsp NOJO Yuzu Ponzu Dressing
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill or parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parchment paper
  • Bok Choi (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut parchment paper into squares and place one fish fillet on each piece, you can place bok choi leaves on the bottom for extra flavour. 
  3. Drizzle each fillet with NOJO Yuzu Ponzu Dressing
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and add a few lemon slices and herbs on top.
  5. Fold the parchment into a parcel around the fish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaky.
  7. Serve directly in the parchment for a beautiful, light presentation!
